" First Connect attended a fault with an intruder alarm at a client’s premises and our engineer found the system had failed and required an upgrade to the control equipment. The customer was concerned as they were going on holiday the following week and wanted the system operational whilst they were away. Our engineer fed this back to the team in the office who then treated this as a priority. The required works were quoted immediately, and the team were able to move some other works around to fit this in at short notice, so the customer has a full working system when they are away.

The customer called the office and said:

First-Connect responded very promptly to our request and their engineer very quickly reprogrammed the system to include the new sensors. He also provided some instruction on the alarm's capabilities and functions.
We were so impressed with the work (and the price) that we have now signed up for their annual servicing scheme.
