1. Assistant office administrator – office based role – duties to include answering the phone, workload planning for the field team, filing, data input.
2. Customer/field technical sales support – field and office role – duties to include visiting new and existing clients to establish their needs and provide quotation, support of the field engineers to include follow up quotation where appropriate, compilation of job and paperwork requirements for field installations – starting salary (subject to candidate and experience) of £24000 to £35000. Job includes company van, phone, laptop.
3. Installation/dayworks/customer support/service engineer – field based role – duties to include servicing to multidiscipline systems (including fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV and access control), dayworks and installation to these systems, callout duties on a rota basis – starting remuneration (subject to candidate and experience) of £12.00 to £13.00. Job includes company van, phone, laptop.
